towhid | Hi, I've purchased the Dokan Theme and Dokan Stripe Connect plugin. When I try to carry out a test purchase with the Stripe Connect plugin I get the following message: Error: Please make sure your card details have been entered correctly and that your browser supports JavaScript. I'm using all the latest versions of Dokan, Woocommerce and Wordpress. Could you let me know what needs to be done to fix this problem. |

towhid | Hello, I am really sorry for late reply. Can you please read this documentation about configuration of strip in dokan – http://docs.wedevs.com/how-to-install-and-configure-dokan-stripe-connect/ and let me know the result. Thank you 🙂 |

Sean | I’ve followed the documentation, and I’m still getting the same message when I do a test purchase: “Error: Please make sure your card details have been entered correctly and that your browser supports JavaScript.” Please let me know what else I can do to resolve this issue. Regards. Sean. |

towhid | Hello, Please update Dokan – Multi-vendor Marketplace Version to 2.1 and also update WooCommerce Version to Version 2.3.7. Also please disable all your plugins except Dokan, Woocommerce and Stripe and switch to a default theme of WordPress like – Twenty Twelve, Twenty Thirteen, Twenty Fourteen and let me know the results. Thank you 🙂 |

Brenda | @sean, just curious, did you first try using the plugin in the test mode? Using the test credentials and the 4242… cc number they provide for testing? Does that work and you just have problem when going live? |

Sean | Towhid, I’ve done all that you recommended but the problem remains. Running all the latest versions and had the same problem when I deactivated all other plugins and ran Twenty Thirteen theme. Sean. |

towhid | Hello Sean, There must be another issue like you’re missing your Stripe API credentials or something. Can you please reset the Stripe API keys, re-posted into the WooCommerce Settings interface and let me know the result. Thank you 🙂 |

Sean | Hi Towhid, Sorry for the late reply. I’ve looked at the Stripe API keys and they’re working fine. I’ve even tested them with another Stripe plugin and they worked fine with it. I also tried deleting all other plugins again but it didn’t make any difference. Anything you can do would really help as I’m not very skilled in the technical side of things. Regards. Sean. |

Chris | I’m getting the same issue if I untick the “Stripe checkout” option in the Stripe Connect checkout settings. The reason I did so is because validation isn’t running on the form if you enable this, the modal just shows up regardless. For example, if I leave First name and Email address blank and click “Place order” whilst the “Stripe checkout” option is enabled, the modal will still show and allow you to enter the test card details and place the order. Could you please confirm whether this is the issue and how it can be fixed? Thanks |

Chris | Unfortunately I don’t have live url for you to access at the moment, it’s all run locally. If you follow the steps I’ve provided though, I’m sure your developers will discover the issue. Please keep me updated. |
