Dokan Plugin 2.0 – Permalinks

| Mario | Hi there! I have really enjoyed your product, but encountered some minor issues when installing the new 2.0 plugin. Now, I'm not able to assess Seller's product page, or order pg etc. I have checked the permalinks and put them to 'post name' and the 'product', but the product permalink base remains '/product' and appears to be missing a '/' Also, I don't think that I have the complete set of pages. When I was configuring the page settings wp admin> Dokan>Settings>Page Settings, I do not have a My Orders page. Thank you in advance for your attention and I look forward to hearing from you. | Hello Gil, Please set “My Orders” page also disable all your plugins except Dokan and switch to a default theme of WordPress like- Twenty Twelve, Twenty Thirteen, Twenty Fourteen for diagnosis the problem and let me know the results. Thank You 🙂 |
