Dokan Login Redirect Loop Error/Product Permalink Issue

Nayem | I have two questions. I'm having trouble getting the frontend Login/Sign Up working with the Dokan theme. I recently installed the theme and have been having trouble in that I always get directed to a redirect loop error. I've read that the permalinks need set correctly and am wondering if this is part of my problem. However, whenever I try to save the Product Permalink to Product it automatically reverts back to custom. I've doubled check that the .htaccess file has the correct read/write permission of 755 with still no success. So my first question is could this still be the problem with the login or is something else going on other than the permalinks? The other question is what am I missing with saving the Product Permalink correctly? |

towhid | Hello Craig, I did not understand the redirect loop means. Can you please send me the error you are getting or you can send me a screenshot. Please navigate to Settings->Permalinks and Set your permalinks as Post name and Product. If you already done according to above instruction then you are in right way. Product Permalink to Product it automatically reverts back to custom is a normal process. Thank you 🙂 |

Craig | I just resubmitted the form with the details on the site. Let me know if you do not receive it or are having trouble connecting to it. At this point I do not know what else to try. It likely might be something very simple but so far am unable to track down the issue. I’ve also tried uninstalling WooCommerce, Dokan Theme etc. and re installed it with no success. |
