Disable "Seller can edit product reviews" does not work

Thanks for your quick reply. I see. I though if I unchecked it, seller will not able to do any action on the reviews such as “unapproved” “spam” and “trash”. Is it possible to hide these options from sellers as well? So they will not able to delete a really review about their product or service if their product or service are not good enough.

Totally agree with linbin regarding this issue, the seller shouldn’t have the ability to delete the reviews. Also, I notice the links “unapproved” “spam” and “trash” when mouse over are not clickable. However, the seller still can use the dropdown menu below the reviews to send the review to trash. Please fix.

Welcome again to our weDevs support forum. I can understand your situation. If you want to hide action on the reviews such as “unapproved” “spam” and “trash” just you have to edit plugin, just go to weDevs-Dokan-Plugin>includes>pro>templates>review>listing-table-tr.php now select from line number 30 to 66 and command out it finally save it and you have done. Hello Linbin,

Yes, you can override this template file via child theme. Create a folder on this order in your child theme- dokan/includes/pro/templates/review and paste the listing-table-tr.php file into this review folder. Then you can override it.

@kenneth, We have added the feature only for the review edit. There is huge different in edit and permission. If you want that you don’t want your seller to not get that approve, trash permission then you can override the template file.
