| towhid | Hi. I tried to enter some customfields as checkbox or dropdown fields value. But when i enter customfields example:[gallery] the fields are gone away... Normal text is ok as values butwhen i enter customfields as values fields are deleted when i update the form.. I need to do this for some of my clients. Can you help me about this ? |

| Hello Brk, Please check if you have the latest version of the plugin installed. If the issue is happening in 2.2.6 then check for your theme or plugin conflicts. You can disable all your plugins except User Frontend and switch to a default theme of WordPress like- Twenty Twelve, Twenty Thirteen, Twenty Fourteen and let me know the results. Thank You 🙂 |
