samantha9 Hello, Would like to contribute an idea/feature request. I have monthly maintenance subscriptions for my clients. Would like to create a new project upon initial subscription purchase AND every month after as long as their subscription is active so we can keep a log of maintenance notes etc. as projects. Is that how the WooCommerce Order plugin will work? If not, would like to make a request for that feature. Also, in the customer account page, show a list of their monthly maintenance (project) notes/status. Thank you.

Hello Samantha,

Woocommerce order add-on will create a project automatically it self. Like- when someone buy a product from your store a project will be created.

Current features are:

– as admin you can assign products which will create projects after user buy it

– you can assign users roles (predefined)

– can duplicate project template

I am not clear enough regarding your feature request. You don’t want customer to assign in to project? Just show maintainence note/updates on their Woocommerce user Dashbaord?

Hello Mahi,

Here’s the process:

1. Customer buys a maintenance subscription via WooCommerce + WooCommerce Subscriptions
2. Triggers project creation upon order/payment completion
3. Admin has ability to assign users (non-customers) to project template before or after purchase

For
– Subscriptions: a new project gets triggered each month on the date of purchase/payment.
– Single product (non-subscriptions): triggers a new project.

Does that make sense?

I noticed that WooCommerce Order is out! Not much in terms of details about it a the moment.

Current features are:

I like those features. Would like to test it. Any way I can do that before purchase?

PRESALE QUESTION: If it is a subscription, will it trigger another project upon renewal? Since it is not a new purchase, would like to be sure. Thank you.
