i_ayo | Hi, i created a custom post type to be viewed in the dashboard, however the page where im meant to edit the post i.e where the shortcode [wpuf_edit] was put gives the message: “I don’t know how to edit this post, I don’t have the form ID”. Checked the FAQ and looked at the meta box “WPUF Form” but didnt see any form to select. Please how can i sort this out. |

Mahi | You got wrong concept. Users can edit their post ONLY from Dashboard and you have to make sure you checked YES on Users can edit post? option. |

i_ayo | Does this mean they cant create a new post from the page with the [wpuf_edit] shortcode in it? |

Mahi | You have to create a Form and use short-code of that form in to a Page. Then, users can create posts from that page. Documentation here: http://docs.wedevs.com/wp-user-frontend-pro/ |

Mahi | I guess you are very new in this field or not familiar with WordPress? Its because, you set image field as required field but didn’t upload any image. |

i_ayo | Hi, The image is shown in the form and actually gets uploaded to wordpress but the form wont be processed. It only works when i dont set image as a required in the required field. However i want the image to be required. |
