can't change language some points!

i had the same issue the solution as follows:

You can add this on your language file: themes/dokan/languages/dokan.pot

#: ../includes/template-tags.php:393
msgid "Store Product Category"
msgstr ""

then you will find it in dokan.pot

Open wc-functions.php which is located at “wp-content/themes/Dokan/includes/” replace 'woocommerce' with 'dokan'. If you have translated the whole file, then the translations will appear right after saving the file.

i did that but it still in English anyway I translate it from the php file
