Nayem When I try to update a user profile from the backend I get the following error message. Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again. Please advise.

Hello Scott,

Can you please provide me a screenshot of that error?. It will help me to point out the actual thing.

This is still not working. All you have to do is go into any user profile and hit update profile. Then that message appears but only when the WPUF plugin is enabled.

Ok I tried updating your profile and it worked just fine until I assigned a package. With the package assigned the error appears. Please try again on the wedevs-test user.

Hello Scott,

Can you please check this now?. Everything working fine now when user assigned to a sub pack.

It looks like the error is caused when the jetpack plugin by wordpress is activated and connected to wordpress.com.

What would cause this error?

I need to use jetpack as well as WPUF. Is this an error in the jetpack coding or an error in the WPUF code?

Hello Scott,

I tested by activating jetpack as well right now.Everything is fine. Can you tell me the update now?

It is still not working for me with both WPUF and jetpack activated + jetpack connected to wordpress.

Seems this has something to do with nonce and the form submission.

Please try updating your user again and you should get that error once again.

Hello Scott,

There is a conflict with Jetpack by WordPress.com. After deactivating this plugin everything is fine. But i have no idea about the reason of this conflict so i can not able to tell you much more about this conflict. Hope you will understand me.

Thank you 🙂

I understand there is a conflict between Jetpack and WPUF.

If just Jetpack is enabled then the user details save works.
If just WPUF is enabled then the user details save works.
If Jetpack and WPUF are enabled but no WPUF subscription is assigned then the user details save works.
If Jetpack and WPUF are enabled and a WPUF subscription is assigned then the user details save does not work.

It seems that this would be a WPUF error would it not?
