| Rebecca | I would like to have an automated email be sent containing the meta data from the form to the user who submitted the form when that post is approved by admin. Currently I am using the approval notification email built into the plugin and forwarding that email to the user. Can I automate this process? |

| Rebecca: Look up the plugin “Email Author on Publish”. Works like a champ, I use it for this exact purpose. Free, of course. |

| That was such a simple fix – thanks for the lead! I ended up using “wordpress publish post email notification” since it’s a bit more customizable on the message you send and is compatible with newer versions of WordPress. |
