And on database "wp_wpuf_subscription" there aren't any subscription package saved, but when I go to subscriptions I can see three subscriptions I have created. Can you help me? please |

Sekander Badsha | Hello Marc, If you have turned on the above mentioned options, and you are still unable to assign a package from the users profile, please check for plugin conflicts by deactivating all other plugin and let me know the results. Thank you 🙂 |

Sekander Badsha | Hello Marc, I have logged in to your site and got that you have not enabled “Force Pack Purchase” and all your packs are recurring. As recurring packs charges the user automatically each month, this can not be assigned by the admin. I have changed your normal pack to a single subscription pack and this is being displayed on the user profile for assigning. Please check. Thank you for having patience 🙂 |

Ben | Hi wedevs team! I’m in the same situation as the OP. I force pack purchases, and do recurring subscriptions. Why can I not assign the package in this manner manually? I want to charge most users, but not all of them, to post, so I’d like to be able to give some paid accounts out for free, so I’d like to assign those users a package. Hope you can provide a solution! Regards, Ben |

Nayem | Hello Ben, I am really sorry to say that you can not assign package to your user manually. We do no have such kind of feature right now. I will notify to our developer team about this feature. Hope they will think about it. Thank you for understanding. |

Sekander Badsha | Hello Ben, I want to make your situation a bit clear with the reply of @Nayem. You can assign a normal package to an user by navigating to wp-admin -> Edit users profile. On the bottom of the profile edit page, you will see a button to “Assign Package”. But those will be a single purchase pack. You can not assign recurring packs from the users profile. Hope this clear things up. Let me know if you feel confused. 🙂 |
