[bug] Form only shows a yellow line

Nayem	Hi, great plugin really want to use the plugin before upgrading Wp Form only shows a yellow line I placed the [wpuf_form id="1378"] shortcode in the page and set the "WP Form" dropdown menu to the respective form. but am only getting a yellow line. http://hsdp.co.kr/write When I click "preview" for the form creator I can see that the form is correctly created as well. But I cannot see it on the actual page. Regards

Nayem	Please download this file- https://www.dropbox.com/s/96vwtg3eewqv75h/subscription.php?dl=0 and replace with WP user frontend pro/class/subscription.php file. After replacing this file everything will work fine in v2.3.8. Thanks.
